Hotel Grand Nubra reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of updates.

2. Booking and Reservations

All bookings made through the Site are subject to availability and confirmation. To secure a reservation, guests must pay an advance of 25% of the total room charges for the booked period. The remaining balance must be settled at the time of check-in. Any special requests, such as specific room preferences or dietary needs, must be communicated at the time of booking. However, such requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

3. Rates and Payments

The rates displayed on the Site are subject to change without prior notice. While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of pricing, errors may occur. In such cases, Hotel Grand Nubra reserves the right to correct the pricing error and inform you of the revised amount. Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other accepted methods as specified during the booking process.

4. Check-in and Check-out Policy

The standard check-in time is 10:00 AM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Guests requesting early check-in or late check-out will be accommodated based on room availability and may incur additional charges. A valid government-issued photo ID is required for all guests at the time of check-in, as per local regulations.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made in writing via email or the contact form on the Site. Cancellation charges are as follows: cancellations within 15 days of arrival will result in a charge equivalent to one day’s room rent; cancellations within 7 days of arrival will incur a charge of three days’ room rent; and cancellations within 3 days of arrival will result in the retention of the full advance payment. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–14 business days, with any applicable bank charges deducted.

6. Use of Facilities

Guests are expected to use the hotel facilities responsibly. Any damages caused to property during a guest’s stay will be charged to the guest. Smoking is not permitted in non-smoking areas, and designated smoking zones should be used. Pets are not allowed unless explicitly permitted at the time of booking.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Hotel Grand Nubra is committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information collected through the Site is used solely for processing bookings and providing personalized services. 8. Limitation of Liability

Hotel Grand Nubra strives to ensure the accuracy of information on the Site; however, we do not guarantee that all content is error-free or up-to-date. The hotel is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

9. Force Majeure

Hotel Grand Nubra shall not be held responsible for any failure to fulfill its obligations due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, or technical issues. In such cases, the hotel reserves the right to modify or cancel reservations without liability.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to the use of the Site or hotel services shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Ladakh.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and trademarks, is the property of Hotel Grand Nubra or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of the Site’s content is strictly prohibited.

12. Termination of Access

Hotel Grand Nubra reserves the right to terminate or restrict access to the Site at its discretion, without prior notice, if these Terms are violated or for any other reason deemed necessary.
