- Extra Bed: Charged at 40% of the room rate.
- Best Offer: TAC (Travel Agent Commission) will be 25% net.
General Policies
- Check-in/Check-out Time: Check-in and check-out time is 10:00 AM. Early check-in is subject to room availability.
- Room Bookings: Rooms are booked subject to final confirmation.
- Booking Confirmation: To confirm a booking, 25% of the total room charge for the booked period must be deposited in advance into our bank account.
- Meal Plan: The meal plan starts from breakfast on the first day due to early check-in/check-out timings. Breakfast on the last day is considered an extra service and is chargeable.
- Service Voucher: A service voucher must be provided before the guest’s arrival.
- Rate Changes: All rates are subject to change without prior notice.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation within 15 days of arrival: One day’s room rent will be charged.
- Cancellation within 7 days of arrival: Three days’ room rent for all booked rooms will be charged.
- Cancellation within 3 days of arrival: The full advance amount will be retained.
