Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to provide a fair and transparent cancellation policy. Please review the terms below:

1. Cancellation Charges

  • Cancellation within 15 days of arrival: One day’s room rent will be charged for all booked rooms.
  • Cancellation within 7 days of arrival: Three days’ room rent for all booked rooms will be charged.
  • Cancellation within 3 days of arrival or less: The full advance amount will be retained as a cancellation fee.

2. No-Show Policy

  • Failure to check in on the scheduled arrival date without prior notice will be considered a no-show, and the full advance amount will be retained.

3. Early Departures

  • Guests leaving before the confirmed check-out date will not receive a refund for the unused portion of their stay.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within [Insert Timeframe, e.g., 7–14 business days] after approval.
  • Bank transaction fees or other applicable charges will be deducted from the refundable amount.

5. Force Majeure
