We understand that plans can change, and we strive to provide a fair and transparent cancellation policy. Please review the terms below:
1. Cancellation Charges
- Cancellation within 15 days of arrival: One day’s room rent will be charged for all booked rooms.
- Cancellation within 7 days of arrival: Three days’ room rent for all booked rooms will be charged.
- Cancellation within 3 days of arrival or less: The full advance amount will be retained as a cancellation fee.
2. No-Show Policy
- Failure to check in on the scheduled arrival date without prior notice will be considered a no-show, and the full advance amount will be retained.
3. Early Departures
- Guests leaving before the confirmed check-out date will not receive a refund for the unused portion of their stay.
4. Refunds

- Bank transaction fees or other applicable charges will be deducted from the refundable amount.
